His professional accomplishments are not limited with the boundaries of Greece as he has worked in Austria and UK too. In fact, he has been a consulting chef to the MAZI London Restaurant whose aim is to promote Greek cuisine in the UK.
Embarking on a journey of re-discovering the Greek flavours at SENSE Restaurant, Alexandros has put together a menu unique in its character and flawless in its execution. Humble yet determined, Alexandros gets inspired by his team and cherishes their experimentation with new materials or techniques. He is a big fan of new ideas and promising twists when it comes to gastronomy.
