Boasting a 15-year experience in the catering sector, The Executive Chef of SENSE Restaurants, Alexandros Charalambopoulos is the mastermind behind the gastronomic philosophy of the restaurants. His professional accomplishments are not limited with the boundaries of Greece as he has worked in Austria and UK too. In fact, he has been a consulting chef to the MAZI London Restaurant whose aim is to promote Greek cuisine in the UK.

Embarking on a journey of re-discovering the Greek flavours at SENSE Restaurants, Alexandros has put together a menu unique in its character and flawless in its execution. Humble yet determined, Alexandros gets inspired by his team and cherishes their experimentation with new materials or techniques. He is a big fan of new ideas and promising twists when it comes to gastronomy. A lover of the famous painter Jackson Pollock, his dishes bear and artistic symmetry and a passion for colours and pairing textures.

Having started his career path in the restaurants of some of the most popular, premium hotels in Greece, Anestis is the new Resident Chef of SEA SENSE Restaurant. He carries an extensive experience on how hospitality F&B outlets should operate and what level of gastronomic service they should offer their guests. Anestis also boasts a vast exposure to the catering sector outside Greece as he has worked in various restaurants in London. He has also been one of the chefs in the MAZI London Restaurant that focuses on spreading the culinary word for the Greek gastronomy.

Together with Alexandros, Anestis has structured a brand new menu for SEA SENSE that highlights unique flavours from all around Greece, producing new versions of mouthwatering dishes typical of the Greek summer diet.

The heart and soul of SENSE Athens and a key member in the gastronomical team of both restaurants, Christos is an expert on the Mediterranean cuisine and boasts a vast experience in more than ten popular restaurants and hospitality F&B outlets in Greece. A lover of Greek gastronomy and a cooking tutor, Christos ensures that each and every dish complies with SENSE’s elevated gastronomic standards.
His profound love for his work and his endless creativity keep him going for tons of hours in the kitchen! He is the man who is always there, at SENSE’s creative culinary lab. Willing to help and always up to new things, Christos is a person adored by each and everyone in the entire team.
