As SENSE marks a decade of culinary creation, we open a new chapter that reflects both our journey and our evolution. The new degustation menus revisit defining moments from the past ten years, reinterpreting signature dishes alongside new creations inspired by the richness of Greek gastronomy.

Executive Chef Alexandros Charalabopoulos, together with his talented and award-winning team, continues to shape an experience rooted in tradition and elevated through contemporary technique and creativity. Each menu is a reflection of time, memory, and place—honouring the past while expressing the present.
